Established in 2007 in Santa Maria da Feira, Step 5 is a portuguese footwear company that exports most of its production for Central Europe and Nordic markets. The company has started its activity as a producer of children’s footwear but quickly expanded its portfolio by producing fashionable women casual shoes.

Step 5 was born out of the passion and ambition to create a company that fuses handcrafted quality with advanced technology.

WeAreMateria was responsible for re-designing the brand identity. Considering the brand DNA, some of the original features were either maintained or improved, bringing in new life with different graphics and shapes. The new one logo was inspired by the feminine delicacy and the concept “classy finish”, always with the prevalence of white and minimalist lines.

The signature “Stepping the way” intends to demonstrate the continuous growth of Step 5, which is based on quality, innovation, technology and partnership.

We developed an easy-to-use and modern website with rich content, brochures, magazine advertisement, stand and all the branding.
